Double Boiler PID

Double boiler machines have one boiler for the steam and a second boiler for the brewing and the temperature of the brewing boiler can be set at a different temperature than the steam boiler by the use of the PID

The PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) is an electronic controller of the heater in the brewing boiler that allows one to adjust the temperature ever so slightly.

Double-boilers and preinfusion, true E61 group heads joined with technological innovations and handcrafted  workmanship and long warranty are Salvatore’s trade mark.

Each machine is Hand Signed and Numbered by Salvatore
